They took the time to help me with a tow, Uber, loaner car, and updates throughout the process of the service visit.
Sanchez my service rep the man is on the ball. I've been coming in there for 10 years and he's probably the best one I've seen so far.
Christopher was very professional and friendly. I did not get the name of the advisor who checked me out but very friendly as well.
Took nearly two hours to repair a tire when I was the second person there, mechanic couldn't figure out how to put the spare tire back in the van, service clerk was great.
they found issues other shops passed over with a similar check request sad special part not in stock, but that is typical for my auto

Marcelino did an amazing job keeping a terrible situation from going bad. He made sure I was communicated with every step of the way. It's not often that you find yourself in an awful situation and receive excellent service from someone who I know was doing his best to make things better.

Was a relatively short wait. No attempt to up-sale me. Didn't offer a wash or vacuum like car shops used to do in the past. Lost art. It's the industry, not just this shop.
