The service advisor sent me 3 texts to make sure I was happy when filling out this survey. I received zero communication confirming my appointment date and time. No email, no text, no phone call, nothing. You care more about this survey than you do the customer experience. As for the oil change and tire rotation everything was fine and prompt.
