Finally fixed the alignment - steering wheel centered problem, that was supposed done back in Sept. Good follow up by Isaac, with some hiccups due to staff turnover.

Renton CDJR can be hit-or-miss. The work is good, but wait times on Saturdays vary wildly. This time, I brought in my Jeep for my 12:30 appointment, and it wasn't even in the bay until 1:30. I didn't get it until about 3:00. only one customer service person was working, so that slowed things way down. Lesson learned. Drop it off. Don't wait for it on site.
