Oil change was uneventful. However, from the previous service for wheel alignment - comment on CarFax was responded by Isaac, with a contact number and email that was not reachable. When I went to do the oil service, I asked about the contact, and managed to connect with Isaac. Raised the issue with the alignment which was not really satisfactory since the steering wheel was NOT centered, as that was the entire reason for the alignment in the first place.
