Get directionsMy mom was sent here from KAISER for Physical Therapy. She had her first night there last night. The nurse button is a joke, they take forever to get there. Secondly, it smells old and musty in there. I think those curtains are from the 70s. Who knows when they were cleaned last. She has to share a room with an old woman that literally sounds like she's dying. It's pretty depressing in there. I will update but as of now she's only there because she needs physical therapy but I want her home ASAP cuz that place is not to m... read more

I was sent here. I was shocked to see a warehouse of 80 + year olds slumped in wheelchairs. They lined the hallways. Shown to my room a cot between two dead or dying old ladies. Dark. Not wellness but death. I refused to be admitted. The place stunk. Dirty. I learned you should not believe in pictures . I learned that their website is their strongest marketing tool or fool. I won't state how in ended up here but not suppose to happen. A place to die. If you cannot advocate for yourself have someone healthcare savvy help you... read more

I chose Reo Vista for skilled nursing and rehab for my mother who had just had surgery for a broken hip and had no significant cognitive impairment. For some reason, they had excellent reviews from the state. From the get-go, I saw warning flags. First of all, the room wasn't ready and it took a few hours for a serious medical assessment. My mother had to endure screaming, agitated patients outside her room door at night since there was no segregation for demented patients and those there for rehabilitation and physical... read more

Grandma has a swollen esophagus due to radiation therapy and the nurses LOST the analgesic she takes prior to eating. So she's been in pain but unable to eat anything or swallow any pills, even crushed. The call lights will be on hours before they're answered. You can hear patients screaming out of their dorms to try to get the staff's attention. Will definitely try to move grandma out of here. Highly do not recommend. Avoid, if possible.
