This is the WORST place ever! Workers have no communication with one another about patient care. No one can give you a straight answer on anything! I asked several people on June 4th if they could please help my sister , was told everyone was on break! I didn't take that for an answer and started to get loud and a care assistant finally came to help my sister with what she could do. No pain meds given even though the Dr. Orders were to give pain meds every 4 to 6 hours. Orders NOT followed at all! My brother had to call 911... read more

The CNA's work their butts off as do most of the nurses.it's management that is screwed up over there. The recently changed ownership and got a new administrator. Staff is over worked and understaffed so you have CNA's tending to over a dozen patients a day.nurses are dispensing meds to about 30 patients which is way too much. Sometimes they don't even know a patient has left the building for a few hours.

Worst experience ever! My father got admitted at this "Healthcare Center" yesterday, and has been by far the worst decision ever! Trusting that the people in this facility would attend to my fathers needs, and care for him! We discussed over and over what my dads needs were to the staff there, and his condition, so they as a staff are aware of my fathers situation. If I could give 0 stars I would. My grandma passed because of neglect due to this place. She went in only to get PT for walking, during the time this place had major red flags. My grandma called crying saying she rather die than be in there. They wouldn't feed her or give her any water, when confronted about this the lady over the phone nonchalantly replied "oh sorry we forgot" how do you forget to feed or give water to a patient for 3 DAYS? My mom was transferred here after undergoing back surgery. She was stuffed into a room with two other people and from afternoon until the next day, no one but the receptionist acknowledged her. Immediately warning bells started to go off in my head because like another reviewer said, you can hear call lights going off again and again and no one answering them, plus patients yelling from their rooms for help. If I can give a zero star for this facility. I would do it. Those nurse like betsy and nurse assistant they don't care one inch about your family members die or live. I had my father went there for 5 days after discharge from hospital and got aspiration pneumonia bc they lie him flat all the time when he on g-tube. Those unheart people . Don't care and no skill. This place is the most pathetic excuse for a health care "facility" on earth. My family member has been wallowing like a subhuman in this toilet for 4 days . Treated inadequately for an infection... not given water when it was like 100 degrees ... horrid attitude. Get your loved one the F out of here before they kill them

My mom went here following surgery. I'm sure with COVID things might have been different. I think it's *really* important for loved ones to keep tabs on their family members in places like this - you just never know what's going on if you can't go and see for yourself. My mom was there for a couple of week. She was supposed to be getting physical therapy but she said they'd wheel her into the PT room and she'd just sit there in her chair. So my roommate flipped out threw something at a CNA and ran over a staff members foot with his electric wheelchair. He was yelling at staff so they called the cops hopefully something will be done about this clown
