I must admit that we felt so much trepidation when we made a decision to entrust our father into a long-term care facility given all the horror stories that we have heard and read about them. My Grandmother has been here 2 different times and the reason we keep sending her here is because of the great staff that they have, the people there are very attentive to my grandmothers needs I recommend this place to any one who has a loved one who needs care.

Having been a patient here for almost 4 yrs. now, I feel that I have the legitimate right to leave a critique. The staff has been amazing. There have been issues, but with open lines of communication and compassion, things have been quickly straightened out. The food, for the most part, is very good. If you don't like something, you are welcome to request another choice. I have been happy here.

This is a caring environment and the staff is very attentive. The staff creates a fun and relaxed atmosphere for everyone. I know they take a lot of pride in their work and it shows.

To the staff of Reo Vista, Thank you for taking such fantastic care of my dad Errol during his last days on this earth. The staff at your facility was wonderful and each staff member treated my dad like it was their own dad. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to in the type of environment that all of you do, where people come and go so quickly. Can't say enough about Reo Vista. All of the staff are patient with my husband who is there following a second stroke (also Alzheimer's) they never push my husband when he gets agitated, which is often, to do things he does not want (other then meds). Highly recommend this place

My mother had a massive stroke and was transferred to Reo Vista. She received nothing but the best treatment by all the staff there especially the physical and occupational therapists. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing skilled nursing services. -Tina Nava

Mother here for four years with Alzheimer's. Her treatment, care, and attention received was superlative. Even in her final stages where she could not talk and had lost any memory, she was treated very respectively as an individual. My father was able to visit every day and at his convenience. Great staff and administration. Care came first. Subsequently, my father insisted on coming here for recovery from some hospitalizations. I am very pleased with Reo Vista.

Poor patient supervision. High staff turnover, shortage of staff, New Management that doesn't want high risk patients. Do not take family there if you love them. Filed complaint for neglect.
