Horrible horrible place. Rude and inattentive staff. CNA brought out the wrong patient for a visit...during Covid. I informed them that it was not my mother and the CNA asked "Are you sure?". Then receptionist told me "it was because they had a similar last names" and insisted it was not an issue. Discharged my mother to an assisted living with a Foley catheter in. She has never had a foley in her life. The front of building has a hand railing being held up by rope and in is overall disrepair. Do not send your loves ... read more

This is the worst place of this kind I have ever dealt with. The staff does not answer the phone, they do not take messages, and do not check voice mail, or return calls. Personal belongings are misplaced and not transported with the patient. It took a week to get any information and then it took an outside source to get any results. Since my Aunt is terminal this added stress was unacceptable. Don't go to this awful place.

My aunt was sent here from kaiser to recover from a kidney infection caused by kidney stones. They sent her here to get stronger so she could have surgery to remove the kidney stones. She walked into this place five weeks ago and died here on Friday. From covid. She did not have Covid when she arrived because Kaiser tested her and she was negative. Within three weeks of being here she tested positive. One of their staff had to be the one who brought it into this facility. No one answers the phone when you call the room. Yol... read more

Better be able to take care of yourself if you stay here....to many patients to staff. Old not clean. My husband went there after hospitalization. The next i arrived and discharged him. I could not feel good about leaving him there ever. I would not want someone to make me stay there. The staff was very pleasant, just not enough of them. place is noisy. They are so worried bout doing their own procedures that they don't think about the patient comfort. 2 cna's were in the restroom while my husband was trying to take a dump. ... read more

My cousin was recently in this nursing place when he found out he had cancer, he every time we would visit him , he was always asleep or if not totally asleep , he was very dosed up and had a hard time talking , even though he would try, another two times we went to visit him , we found him across the bed with his head hanging down touching the floor and it took us like 15 min. 1 To find a nurse , and when we finally found her , we had her come to the room to see way my cousin was! She didn't care at all! Just said... read more

Three beds to a room, yes THREE beds to a room. Understaffed. The therapy and staff are very kind and try their hardest.. If you call for help be prepared for a long wait. Rooms are dated and the TV's are tiny and far away. Useless. Kudos to the staff. For over $9k a month I'd shop around. This is not the best by far

Business response:

Hi, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience. Despite the concern with the room situation I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our staff. I understand there is always room for improvement and would welcome a phone call if you'd like to share more. Thanks again. Curtis White Administrator 619-227-8789

Shame on Reo Vista. This facility is negligent and ignored my dad's calls as he went into septic shock. My dad called for help& he was ignored. He left in a 911 stretcher in septic shock/stopped breathing several times because of Reo Vista's lack of care. I called over and over and each time the charge nurse hung up the phone and refused to check on the well being of my Dad. (He had called me and stated that he was very ill but the nurse aids were ignoring his calls. He almost died bc of this horrible facility. *****If you ... read more

This place never notified family that my 87 yr old mother fell and broke her hip! Neither did the Kaiser nurse or Dr on sight notify or return my call about it. I thought my mom was getting good care here as a Kaiser patient with a Kaiser nurse and Dr there to oversee their kaiser patients. I had good communication with the nurse and she said they had excellent PT. Even though it is noisy and chaotic with some patients roaming around the place freely, the staff seemed friendly and attentive. Then my mother called mid morn... read more

Apparently their phones went out Friday the day my Dad got there.I get it even in this day and age this can happen, what I dont get is why didn't they update their website letting the public know their situation or further yet why didn't anyone contact me.
