The good news is the work that was done seems to have been done neatly and competently The less good news is the sales process was very high-pressure, I had five messages within 24 hours from Doug each and every one asking for my credit card. Scheduling was another challenge. I made the initial appointment, then called a few days later to see if I could move it another week out. Needed some pipes looked at (low water pressure). Called and got a quick estimate from Doug- he came out and did a walk-through, pointed out some options, and showed us some installation pictures. He was very professional and informative, not pushy or 'sales-y'. We had two other estimates that were quite a bit higher, but these guys did the job in one day for a better price. The crew came out with five guys and finished up the whole job in a day. All around a good experience! Can shower now!

(BE SURE YOU scroll all the way down and read the 'not currently recommended' reviews. There are some awesome recent ones!) Doug came out, quoted less than the other 2 and seemed knowledgeable, though a little gruff. Not really in a bad way. Scheduled, he was flexible on the 'down' payment which i appreciated. His guys came out, knocked it out with very little issue. (Still working on 1 minor issue, will update if it's not resolved - my hose spigot is missing, may have gotten burried...) All in all, happy with the job.

Could not be happier. Everything from the estimate to the repiping to the patching of the drywall. The repiping was done in one day (two story house), even installed the new hot water heater I had bought at The Home Depot. The next day all of the drywall work was done, I was very impressed by the work done ( I'm an industrial painter by trade) and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.
Recently had our 1959 rambler with original plumbing repiped. Called around but most plumbers reluctant to take on the job. I had heard over the radio of a company that specialized in repiping. I called and set up an appointment to see a company representative. He explained the work involved and what would be replaced and showed me the products they used. Very happy Doug came out on a Saturday and work was done the following Tuesday. I thought the price was really good compared to what a plumber would charge to repipe a whole house and new water line. 5 guys showed up and 4 hours later they were done. I will be using them on upcoming projects.
We had a really good experience. Our estimator was on-time, knowledgeable, and polite. The crew was fast and professional. We have a 110 year old house with a combination of galvanized and CPVC. We also had an original galvanized line from the street to the house. We were having a new main installed and new PEX run throughout.
