We had repipe specialists come out and give us a bid and it was twice as much as the other 3 bids. I figured that they don't need my business that bad. So I went with their competitor that they so badly bad mouthed for half the price and I am so glad and not regretting it.

Drywall debris and pieces of cut water lines were left underneath our washing machine. I found this during my summer cleaning. Repiping Specialist were supposed to clean the debris instead they deliberately covered the debris with the washing machine. Repiping Specialist performed substandard work and is overpaid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

We just completed a repipe project with Repipe Specialists and despite having nice, new PEX pipes, the experience was quite mixed and we were left feeling that they put profit over customer satisfaction. Stay away from this company! I had my whole house repiped and this company doesn't do the actual work. They sell you on a very expensive service (including a $1,200 unnecessary asbestos test) then sub out to another plumbing company. The sub who did my service broke all of the toilet seats in my house and left a horrible mess of wood chunks and dust, drywall bits and pieces, and plumbing debris and all over my house. Repipe gave me a great estimate, and performed the work quickly. They never filled in the ditch work, been over 8 weeks and I have this huge ditch in my front yard. At this point they hang up on me, or just avoid my calls. I made the mistake of paying them before they were done, and now that they have my $$$ its like they dont care. Autie McClanahan is the guy, talked us into this, now just avoids finishing the job.

Well - you sometimes don't know how bad the work is in your crawl space UNTIL YOU DO. This company did a horrendous and inadequate job. So much so - the pile has busted 5 years in. Our reputable plumber was SHOCKED at what he saw from them. Cost us over $10k to fix their shotty work. dO NOT HIRE!

Here is why I don't recommend this company. They are essentially a marketing company - they don't actually do the work. They hire a subcontractor for you basically. So couldn't you just do that yourself? Yes. the plumbers Repipe contracts with have their own websites and you can just hire them directly, but weary of the quality of work you will be buying. Avoid avoid avoid!!! Their sales rep is great at the start. But once you sign with them, they charge you for work they didn't do with no hopes of a credit. Sales rep is not reachable after signing. Their customer service is on their terms not yours. Trying to charge me again for their mistakes. I suggest cutting out the middle man. Paid over $13k for a whole house repipe job about a year ago. Just discovered that they failed to replace one water pipe that is under my house that was included on the contract. When I called to have that corrected, I was told that it wasn't part of the original bid and I would need to pay for it. They also are charging me $200 just to have someone come out and look at it to determine if it should have been replaced. Why would I pay to have my whole house repiped but not include one pipe?
