Great breakfast, Great visit! The breakfast was varied enough to suit most any diet regimen. The staff were very friendly and attentive! When we had friends over for an in-room cooked dinner, the staff brought a table from downstairs for us to use! We were delighted with our stay and would stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott, Chandler South again and recommend it to anyone!
Very nice hotel. Could not fault at all. Excellent value for money with a great service.
This inn is beautiful with friendly staff and quiet rooms. We stayed in a two bedroom suite that had a TV and bathroom for each bedroom and a kitchenette that was well stocked. The only drawback was the view due to construction of other buildings around the hotel. The nice part was the walls are well insulated and we could not hear any noise from the construction. Great Choice!! The staff was amazing. The complimentary breakfast is great with a variety of options. The hotel was perfect for my stay since I needed to cook my meals.

I loved the staff, they were very nice! The property and outside areas were well kept and really nice. As for the room, I’m sadly very disappointed. The room was not clean, the furnishings are run down, and the shower head needs to be replaced as there’s about four streams of water that come out of an extremely corroded shower head. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and the curtains have been spattered with something and have not been cleaned. The carpet was really bad, honestly should be removed for health reasons.
