I loved the staff, they were very nice! The property and outside areas were well kept and really nice. As for the room, I’m sadly very disappointed. The room was not clean, the furnishings are run down, and the shower head needs to be replaced as there’s about four streams of water that come out of an extremely corroded shower head. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling and the curtains have been spattered with something and have not been cleaned. The carpet was really bad, honestly should be removed for health reasons. Hotel was nice overall. Walkability was poor with dirty sidewalks around the pond area behind property. Breakfast was a bust. They ran out of food by 730

to start with , to my surprise a bottle of water was labeled 5.00 for use, that is a cheap style to welcome guest. further while using the bathroom sink I found the tap was leaking when in use, at a different spot and made the bathroom flooded enough to soak few towels, It was late already but thenext morning I complained to the front desk, which was acknowledge that they will send some one to fix it or give me a different room. Water was cold. Took several minutes for the water to heat up, although I noticed if more people were using the water it heated up quicker.

Disappointed First thing we were hit with was $15.00 parking fee, never mentioned on website stayed here previously for a week & very disappointed. Breakfast basically same every day & eating area not kept very clean. People's animals in eating area. Couch in room most uncomfortable ever. Shower was ok. Wasn't aware no maid service anymore. I guess that is changing of time but $1424 for 6 days & no maid is a bit ridiculous. Didn't ask for one as figured you'd charge for that as well!

NOT WORTH THE COST The rooms were up-to-date and modern, but the property outside the landscaping was not maintained. They were dead fish oil floating full in the Lake. It smelt awful, the pool was not heated. As they said it was, the Jacuzzi was cold. The bathtub would have been warmer. I will not stay here again for what it cost. I can stay elsewhere for better immunity.. The breakfast was very limited and barely warm. I called the front desk to ask for more coffee. And it was never brought up to the room.
