Ceiling lamp over kitchen counter/bar was very dusty on top. Shower stall had missing grout and was rusty or dirty around shower glass divider and shower pan, also shower pan was either stained or dirty. We were greeted by front counter staff each time we passed by.
No hot water for the shower!
I love the size of the room along with spacious computer table and a nice small kitchen with counter space. Heating control is good and tolerable with noise level. I was surprised to find garbage in kitchen was not emptied prior to our check-in. Hot water in shower was either too hot or not hot at all.
Complimentary breakfast was many times out of cutlery or dishes. Decaf coffee was often cold and not fresh
The breakfast was not very good, not what we are used to. Soggy breakfast sandwiches was the main issue.
The suite was fine except there was no hairdryer, hot water in shower was iffy, room was not made up after one day and fire alarm went off two days in a row at 6:00 AM and they refused to comp the room due to it being booked on Expedia. Would not go back.

They did not come and replace my towels or make my bed i had to reuse the wet towels from that morning, I’m not sure why they were still wet
