The room was clean, but service was okay. They did not clean rooms while we were there, they did not deliver linens, pick up trash. The most issue was breakfast. You had to had to get up and pick up breakfast very early. The staff was very good and friendly.
The included breakfast was very limited with few items
Ill never stay at this residence inn again. This hotel is very noisy, the staff was ok, but i put in a special request and none were granted as i needed thebthings requested. Worst hotel stay i have ever had.

Better places to stay locally Not sure why there is a surprise daily parking fee. Most reception or breakfast options were late and/or included burnt or limited items.
Disappointing Experience for Premium Price Very disappointing experience at this hotel. Paid extra for a “lake view” which was a pathetic side canal only visible from the small window in the living room. Housekeeping never came to turn down our bed or restock our shampoos. PARKING COSTS EXTRA but that is mentioned nowhere on hotels.com or anywhere else?? We visited this area for our mini-honeymoon and it was a major buzzkill to what was an amazing wedding week.
Beautiful location. Nice hotel. I think they still have some improving to do.The description of the room says sofa bed. It is not a sofa bed it was just a sofa. that was an inconvenience for the three days I stayed there. The cleaning staff is hit-or-miss. I came into someone else's dry cleaning hangers in the closet and one day they made the bed but didn't leave shampoo, the next day they left shampoos but didn't make any of the beds.
I was charged in full for the room by expedia and a deposit was required. I remember agreeing to the insurance for cancellation but i also selected not to charge me for tge room knowing there was going to be a deposit. I was able to check in early (about 1030 if i recall correctly) which was nice because our itinerary said 3pm check in time. We ended up liking the area and our room so much DESPITE THE OUTSIDE PATIO MUSIC EXTREMELY LOUD AT 7AM.... Totally killed the view. Id rather seen the construction and had a silent morni... read more
