They did not come and replace my towels or make my bed i had to reuse the wet towels from that morning, I’m not sure why they were still wet
Not sure if they properly cleaned the rooms and vacuumed as there was women's hair on the carpet and we also found a pill on the floor which wasn't ours. The oven in the kitchen wasn't working so they could not provide any kind of food to eat. The pool also seemed quite small for the size of the hotel, especially considering how hot it gets in Chandler. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

The room was clean, but service was okay. They did not clean rooms while we were there, they did not deliver linens, pick up trash. The most issue was breakfast. You had to had to get up and pick up breakfast very early. The staff was very good and friendly.
The included breakfast was very limited with few items
Ill never stay at this residence inn again. This hotel is very noisy, the staff was ok, but i put in a special request and none were granted as i needed thebthings requested. Worst hotel stay i have ever had.

Better places to stay locally Not sure why there is a surprise daily parking fee. Most reception or breakfast options were late and/or included burnt or limited items.
