They haven't picked up their equipment. They didn't clean up after they left. They didn't give the results of the mold. They couldn't have been more careless. I had to call the project manager. The people who did the work were fine but follow up was awful. I don't think they should charge us. I still have $1000 mold fan, an issue in my house, and I've called to tell them.

Their management team did not follow through to set up appointment times. They showed up unannounced and they did not return phone calls to me or my insurance company.
