I have used this company three times for water abatement. The first two times, they proved worthy of my trusting them with my home. This recent experience was the exact opposite in every way. They lost my job ticket, ignored me for days, let my wet floor sit for days, refused to give me even an estimate of cost (a month later still nothing) - Use Serve Pro.
They are lacking in a lot of areas.
They are inefficient.
It was just a mess. I feel sorry for the guys. He was taking information from the adjuster; I didn't know her. The disposal broke, it doesn't work because it's connected to nails on the floorboard. I don't know what else to say.
Do not recommend restoration management. They promise to take care of our good, sort through them and give us complete information and they never delivered.
