I give Restoration Management one star because they showed up whenever they wanted to. They didn't follow through and didn't complete the job. I had to hire someone else to finish the job.
I was a little bit dissapointed. What we got is not what we initallty discussed. The estimates weren't correct.
Appointments were cancelled without notice. They tried to say the job was complete when they hadn't finished testing for moisture. They weren't thorough or accurate in their assesment.
I felt completely lost throughout the entire process. I had no idea of what was happening and who was to complete what job. I don't wish this process on anyone. If I had to do it all over again, I would have just fixed the intermediate job myself and lived with the mold. I still have construction problems I'm dealing with. Extremely disruptive.
