Restoration Management is a terrible company. They were not professional. They damaged my home and no one has fixed it yet. It has been over a month later and no one has called us. We keep calling and we get no answer back from anyone.

Unfortunately, she was sick. I think catching up, if she hadn't been sick, she would have done a better job. She started out nice assuring me I wouldn't have to put things back in order. I didn't feel ignored, but the day she finally came to pick up the lock box, she did not pick up the mail that she wanted. It was an envelope under my mat, and my fiance answered the door I was in the shower and she took right off--just took the lock box and didn't tell him. They showed up in response to a water leak in my attic that came down in the living room. Their workers were very thoughtful and put up plastic and plugged in a fan and dehumidifier. (completely useless without opening up the ceiling and removing the wet insulation) Boss shows up and proceeds to tell me we might have asbestos and mold. Also there are microbes in the hardwood floors. Need to order inspection reports and floors will need to come out. I am not sure. The issue with the moving department and how things were handled hasn't left a good impression and I am still waiting to see how the remainder of my billing issues are handled. Maybe other clients don't care to see a breakdown of charges but I like to know what is being charged regardless of the involvement of an insurance company. Again, one shouldn't have to request it. Also, it is pretty irritating to have to go through the bill with a fine tooth comb but when there are obvious charges that are incorrect it... read more
