Started good with customer service. Restoration team could have communicated more with me. Only wanted to take directions from my insurance agent. I felt left out of the process. Still waiting for pictures to justify why they ripped up my living room floor.
I feel it would be helpful to all parties if they just say they don't do a service instead of stringing a customer along. Be more clear with what they do and don't do. I have a lot of stuff on my plate, and it would'v been easier if I would've known up front if I would've known that they don't do gas dryers.
