Sugar coated booger The Riata....hyped as luxury apartments but in reality, not so luxurious. Apartment appliances were originally picked out by cavemen they're so old. Their gym was closed for months and when it re-opened it reminded me of that old movie from the 70's...Xanadu. Which would be great...if we were living in the 70's. Their enormous club house area...where residents get to enjoy an enormous room with a luxurious kitchen, big screen tv, free Starbucks coffee, huge chairs, grills, a bar, and a business center...c... read more
