Verified Renter I think this property has a lot of potential, but after living here almost a year, there are several amenities/selling points that did not meet my expectations or just didnt happen at all. There seems to be a lack of accountability. Management has changed a couple times as well and some of my more concerning issues have been lost in that shuffle. I would wait until at least next year to consider moving here.

Verified Renter The community is beautiful and I think when it is eventually bought by a different company it will be a fantastic place to live. As it is, the maintenance is atrocious (unless you're lucky enough to get the maintenance manager coming out to actually do work) there is rampant drug use and garbage scattered all over the community. Verified Renter Riata has lost its charm. It used to be a good community but from past one year it has simply degraded. Maintenance is pathetic and now it seems they probably don't have sufficient office staff to run daily jobs for maintaining the community. Your calls don't get answered, mails don't get replies and anyways you can not enter the office to talk in person due to pandemic. So how do you reach them? In no way & probably that is what they want.

Verified Renter This community is not worth living any more due to increasing thefts and indifference of riata/greystar managment towards resident. I would not recommend anyone to live in this community until situation improves and management is more empathetic towards residents. At the moment resident are only cash cows for the management , where rent keep increasing every year with no concerns to the quality of service.

Verified Renter Great amenities but terrible communication for things like upgrades or maintenance. They put the vast majority of their efforts into the sales pitch and outwards appearance to potential renters, and its obvious they have their least dedicated employees working to coordinate maintenance. Its impossible to get a hold of maintenance, and rarely do you get accurate information as to when someone is coming. Just terrible all around.

Verified Renter Ive been at Riata for about 10 years. Ive seen a lot of changes. Some fire the better. However I believe Riata has been focus on appearance than experience. The experience is what will convince me to tell others about this place. I cant recommend a place that doesnt put community first.
