Verified Renter Lots of nice amenities, but management seems only to care about things that can be put in a marketing brochure.

Verified Renter You don't want a review from me - I like the community but the (lack of) responsiveness to maintenance requests prohibit me from recommending this complex and make it unlikely that I'll renew my lease.

Verified Renter Ive been very frustrated with management at Riata. I can never get an answer to the village office phone, nor do they return my calls. Ive had numerous maintenance requests failed to get filled, no communication from maintenance, friends and neighbors cars broken into or stolen, mailboxes stolen, broken entry and exit gates, etc. I love my apartment and the community is beautiful, but I dont see myself resigning here.

Avoid this place like the plague. Was going to originally leave this on google only and allow them to make the necessary improvements, then updating my review. that's no longer the case as now my car has been broken into on the premise resulting is the theft of about $500 dollars worth of belongings. this place is a gilded castle. looks great from the outside but is crap on the inside. Verified Renter The community is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. The main office staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the village management and maintenance staff are generally sub-par.
