Service Takes a Nosedive It is currently 83 degrees in our apartment and climbing. The air conditioner has been broken for 5 days now. We have called, we have written, nothing but an automated response that our plea for service is "under review." Our air conditioner has always been very old (original to the complex) and noisy (the neighbors complain when we run it) but it was tolerable because when it broke down maintenance would be right out to fix it. New Management is Terrible This might have been a great place to live at one point, but they were recently acquired by Greystar and things have been going downhill since then. It’s clear they are cutting costs and passing more costs to the renters as much as they can. They are behind on all the projects they’ve started, and have left things incomplete (i.e. the dog park opened a year ago but they’ve never gotten the water supply fixed which is dangerous in the summer). Apartments are great, staff don't care The apartments themselves are very nice, and the amenities and location here is great. Our move in experience not the best, no hot water, no working stove, several lights out. I called and left messages, put in work orders and nobody responded. It took 3 days and 4 trips to the office to get something fixed that was broken on our move in day.
