Rick was very honest ,i got great rates closeing was extremely timely concidering we did this thru Christmas and new year holidays, it was done without any problems at all and done in 16 or 17 days,closeing cost were right where he said they would be ,you cant ask for anyone better than Rick Truly a pleasure doing business with him i truly recommend Rick and his team to anyone doing business .they are absolutly the best

The refi process started on June 15 and did not close till August 7. A simple refi should never take 53 days to process and close. The fees were increased and I was not notified, when questioned the LO's reply was I forgot. When inquiring about time line I was told that is out of my hands. Original interested rate was quoted at 4.05 and ended up at 4.25. I requested a title company and he ignored my request which cost extra expense due to fact I had to use a mobile signing agent.
