The refi process started on June 15 and did not close till August 7. A simple refi should never take 53 days to process and close. The fees were increased and I was not notified, when questioned the LO's reply was I forgot. When inquiring about time line I was told that is out of my hands. Original interested rate was quoted at 4.05 and ended up at 4.25. I requested a title company and he ignored my request which cost extra expense due to fact I had to use a mobile signing agent. He was very responsive and willing to go the extra mile, even when he had his own issues to handle. . Would use again and would highly recommend him (and I don't like many people).
