Rick and his staff do a great job of getting what they need and communicating in all the different ways I choose to. Email, electronic documents, text and phone calls all get me information and feedback needed to make the transaction go smoothly. He has done a refinance and a new home loan for me. Referred my brother to Rick who lives 150 miles out of town. Quickly processed his refinance at a rate that he was very please with.

Our original inquiry was to Lending Tree and we were swamped with calls and emails. We contacted two companies, one on the East coast and one on the West coast. Both seemed great originally but soon screwed up. We called Rick- he was: 1) patient, 2) honest, 3) a good listener. Anytime that we contacted him he responded quickly. He won our business. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick to anyone who is looking to refinance their home.

Rick was excellent to work with. He did a great job exploring the most cost effective options for re-financing the mortgage on my primary residence and on my income property.
