I had a complex refinance for two homes and he kept me informed through out the process and was very helpful. I was able to refinance without difficulty and he also handled the fact that the homes were titled to our trust instead of ourselves personally.

I very much enjoyed working with Rick Beaty on my mortgages. He was consistently extremely responsive, responding very quickly to my emails or phone calls. He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule when it came to meetings. I felt very confident that he was working to get my the best mortgage possible for my circumstances, and I also felt that he was completely trustworthy. I have used him for two mortgages and a refinancing, and I will continue to use for whatever mortgage needs I have in the future.

I got connected to Rick through LendingTree, and the experience was a positive one. We refinanced our mortgage with him through Great Western, and the whole process went smoothly. Great rate, low fees, excellent response time, and no b.s. I've already recommended Rick to a colleague, and if rates take another dip, I will give him another call.

Great personality. Rick was easy to access and always had the answers I needed. I will use him again and would recommend his service. I had never tried a loan over the internet, but I started with Lending Tree and ended up with Rick primarily because he never seemed rushed.
