I highly recommend The Elmendorf Team if you are in the market for a re-fi. The process is very streamlined and each step of the process was explained in detail. I was referred to The Elmendorf Team by a friend after I had explained that I was having trouble re-financing my mortgage. I could not get a lender to even consider re-financing my loan because of my LTV ratio. Rick and his staff have always been great, I have used them a couple of times to purchase and to also refinance. Most of the process is automated and it made it simpler to send the required documents on a secure site. In addition to a friendly bunch their rates and fees have been the lowest and that is why I used them.

After an email inquiry about refinancing our home to the Elmendorf Team, we quickly received a response by email with a refinance worksheet and a follow up phone call with an agent to explain everything. Before making a decision, I called my current lender and another lender, but quickly saw the Elmendorf Team was the way to go. The entire process was very easy and smooth. The team was very responsive to our needs.

I wasn't looking forward to refinancing because it's typically such a hassle, but my experience this time was really painless. All it took was a few quick phone calls, a handful of emails with clear instructions on submitting documents to a secured drop box, and a 30-minute appointment -- in my home! -- for closing. They made the whole process so easy.
