My numerous questions were answered every step of the way, working through them was fantastic! I am quite pleased that I chose to go with Elmendorf and his team over some of the other larger banks in the area.

We closed a loan with Rick and his team. We had many other lenders before as we are a home investor, but Rick's was very smooth. He used his team effectively to keep us "in the loop" and move the process forward quickly. He also was one of the few lenders that provided a secure dropbox for our paperwork. Other lenders had convoluted processes where you had to zip and attach to mail documents. This is unsecure and vulnerable to mail vendor "indexing" of you personal data. All in all, we were happy with Rick's team.

The Rick Elmendorf team was amazing from start to finish in helping me with my first home purchase. The Elmendorf team provides excellent service by listening to the customer and making the process simple and intuitive. Unlike the large commercial bank I was previously trying to refinance with, Rick and his team use technology to facilitate, not drive the process. There were no surprises and each person I encountered was professional.

Due to my initial loan "pre-approval" with a different bank falling through 6 days before closing and 15 days before my landloard had someone else moving into our rented house, The Elmendorf Team saved us BIG TIME!
