I just bought a home using this team and it was a very smooth flawless experience from the best rate I could get anywhere to making sure closing was done on time. When there was a problem with my settlement through no fault of theirs, and it got postponed they went over and above to help me get closing done before my rate lock expired. They were responsive at all times with immediate response to texts emails and phone calls even after hours and on weekends. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a fantastic experience with Rick and could not be more impressed or satisfied with the Elmendorf team. I whole heartedly recommend Caliber Home Loans for initial and refinancing home loans, especially if you are a veteran. i had the best experience refinancing my mortgage with Elmendorf team. They took care of all the paperwork, logistics with high degree of professionalism. This was the easiest transaction I have ever completed in fourteen days. You can get your house refinanced without leaving home, everyone's is professional, courtes and extremely helpful. We refinanced our home recently. The whole process was easy and fairly quick. There was a bit of a snafu with the cash out amount but it was resolved almost immediately. Would highly recommend!!
