Rick Elmendorf and his team are wonderful professionals who took care of us from pre-approval of our mortgage loan to submission of all requirements for final approval to closing in a short period of time. Particularly we liked the electronic submission of documents to a secured/personalized INBOX. Our Loan Officer, James Fitzgerald was highly responsive to our concerns and questions. Everyone in the team acted responsibly to get things moving towards our settlement date. Totally impressive!

Rick and his team were absolutely marvelous! First, we did a refinance with Rick and his team. It was quick, easy, and painless. Maybe a month later, we decided to sell our home. Rick and his team were there for us. They made our closing on our home smooth and without any major hiccups. My real estate agent wanted to use her own finance people, but we pushed back. Mortgage financing sucks quite frankly...but the Elmendorf Team makes it better. Between the digital documents, subject matter experts in every aspect of the team and Rick who came up with a creative way to purchase our home without enough remaining VA loan they are the best!
