Appalling customer service directed by a completely unprofessional office manager, Natalia, who tells clients she can overrule any of the doctors. And does. Filthy conditions where animals are examined on the floor next to instruments that are also on the floor. This is a deranged culture.

Awful customer service. Does not listen to customer at all. Will give you false information and then charge you based on the false information. Do not go here.

Questionable Care and Extremely Expensive. I found out when I had to euthanize my dog, Bailey due to cancer, that the vet was unaware that she had been treated for cancer at their office several years ago. Midway through the visit for the euthanasia I was informed that the cost would be $525.00. Most vets in this area charge $230.00 for the same service. I brought my two dogs here for ear infections. They give ok medical care but nothing special. They are way over priced. Normally with one dog I never seem to get out the door with less than $150 bill for a minor issue. I decided to not use them anymore since one paticular price gouge. My two dogs, who are brothers each had one infected ear each (nothing terrible).
