My townhouse in ONLY two years old and the carpet is completely warp, waved, ruffled (whatever you want to call it). It looks awful throughout and I'm embarrassed to have company. Rite Flooring will only confirm that I am out of warranty. A carpet specialist won't touch the job (to stretch) because it's so extensive. I must live with the embarrassment until I can afford to replace. Rite Rug Flooring offers terrible craftsmanship and poor customer service.

RiteRug Flooring, you are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We did the first walk through of our brand new house that we built on June 22nd. At that point, we realized that you did not install the accent tile in our shower. We came back on June 29th for our 2nd walk through, the day before we closed, and to our dismay you had installed the accent tile but it was the incorrect one. In 2014 we bought a house and had whole house carpet installed. $5800. About 6 months into it I started to notice hard lumps that make a weird noise when you step on them. About 1 year into it I started to notice the carpet was wearing really bad. The whole time we had the carpet it has always shed I find carpet threads all over the house. DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOORING FROM RITE RUG!!!!!! Last NOVEMBER, we had Rite Rug install our entire first floor with hardwood flooring. Spent a good chunk of change. We had two people measure from Rite Rug. When the second guy arrived, all old flooring had been ripped out. We had never done this before and we were completely relying on their expertise. We had wood flooring installed. Let me tell you the installers did a great job! However, a one day installation turned into a month long ordeal for a very small room. The mistake was on the estimator in ordering the right wood. EVERYTHING HE DID WAS A MISTAKE. Customer service was of no help and continued to pass blame on to each other. I contacted the Store salesman, the store manager, then went to the president, and vice president of this worthless company. Not one person offered an apology. We hired this company to restain/finish our hardwood floors. They also brought wood upstairs. We picked a prestained wood for upstairs which they were supposed to match to the floors they were refinishing below. In the end they did not match, needless to say they "fixed" it by sanding down our newly purchased wood and restaining it to match the stain they placed downstairs because that was easier and cheaper for them although we were supposed to be getting a chocolate color hardwood and now we have more of a redwood.
