Contacted them to replace carpet on a set of stairs. Sales woman made us buy enough carpet for half our house and told us it’s so the pattern will line up. Pretty sure she just wanted to hit a sales goal. Now I’m stuck with a huge roll of extra carpet. And paid a ton for one set of stairs
