The contractors you hired left before the job was done and after teaching out to RR numerous times no one has responded about the pathetic installation . Customer service is a lack hole I reach out and get nothing in return

Buyer beware or stay away! While I had a previous professional measurement for 860 Sq. ft., their laser measurement came in at over 1,200 square feet. Not able to verify the measurement further, I went with it. I was informed a large crew (The Orland Group) would be doing our job and they would call between 8-12. They called at 12:30 and arrived at 1 PM, both of them (2)! By 8:45 PM, the job was not done. Doors were still off the hinges, newly installed and painted door casings had been entirely knocked off.
