The process of acquiring a new hardwood floor couldn’t have been more smooth. We met with Eric, discussed our need, provided details and went over the installation process. The installer did an incredible job and cleaned up after the installation. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.
Service was great. I am very pleased with the products and the quality of work. I will definitely shop there again.
Carpet install was smooth. Sales process was good & salesman (Chris) did a great job with carpet selection.
Everything went well. The carpet looks great. They cleaned everything up after they finished. Just wished that they could have left me a few remnants.

The installers were easy to work with and cleaned up everything once they were done. The store manager, Chris, was very helpful and insightful at selecting the carpet. It was Chris and the selection of carpet ( and sale) that made me pick rite rug. I have already referred a friend to Rite Rug due to these reasons
The entire staff was helpful and hardworking. Follow through was excellent!
