Easy, pressure-free experience. Walked into rite rug and was easily able to chat with an employee, Ron, who helped me find the perfect carpet for our condo. Scheduled the visit to come measure and then set up the install appt. Both Ron and the store mgr, Chris, were very helpful and friendly. We really love our new carpet and will definitely be back if we need anything else in the future.

Excellent for the install. The carpet cleaning went well too except the carpet on our stairs did not get as clean as I had hoped.

FANTASTIC customer service at the New Albany location SO difficult to find personalized help and guidance since covid. Russell & Chris both took their time and spent endless hours to assist us with new carpet. Helped with details and worked with our budget. HIGHLY recommend ~ the Schragers

It took us quite a while to make a decision for our flooring. Everyone was very patient and helpful. We had several samples over time and even had one ordered. We appreciate the extra mike taken to assist us.
