FANTASTIC customer service at the New Albany location SO difficult to find personalized help and guidance since covid. Russell & Chris both took their time and spent endless hours to assist us with new carpet. Helped with details and worked with our budget. HIGHLY recommend ~ the Schragers

It took us quite a while to make a decision for our flooring. Everyone was very patient and helpful. We had several samples over time and even had one ordered. We appreciate the extra mike taken to assist us.

The process of acquiring a new hardwood floor couldn’t have been more smooth. We met with Eric, discussed our need, provided details and went over the installation process. The installer did an incredible job and cleaned up after the installation. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.
