Really enjoyed my experience with Dan at Rite Rug New Albany. He exceeded my expectations & guided me to what ended up to be carpet I am very happy walking on. All appointments scheduled were met & installation was excellent. Crew showed up as expected & were pleasant. They worked quickly to finish the job which was not what I experienced with others dueinfnmy move & house improvements. I would recommend Rite Rug New Albany & Dan to those looking for a fair price & excellent customer service.

The new carpet experience has been painless. Don Johnson the SalesmN has been very attentive and followed up on each step to ensure the installers arrived on time and completed the instal as expected. The installers were very neat, polite and respectful of the furniture, walls and baseboard. We are very happy with the total experience.

Everyone was very knowledgeable. The 2 installers were very professional and very clean. The did not damage anything or leave any messes. They were in and out in about an hour and half. Great job all around. We will definitely use RiteRug again.
Don and Heather were very attentive and knowledgeable in helping me to pick the right color for the room. The installers were just as professional and courteous in their task as well.
