Everyone was very knowledgeable. The 2 installers were very professional and very clean. The did not damage anything or leave any messes. They were in and out in about an hour and half. Great job all around. We will definitely use RiteRug again.
Don and Heather were very attentive and knowledgeable in helping me to pick the right color for the room. The installers were just as professional and courteous in their task as well.
Don was fantastic. Really took great care for us and was very helpful. We have new floors all over the house and just love them. Installers and service was great too. Very professional.
Love the carpet and the installers did a great job. They were pretty easy on my walls and white woodwork. Just found a few dirty hand prints that wiped off easily. The salesman/manager, Jim Boals, was very helpful; considered my needs and wishes.

The 4 person crew was wonderful. They were finished in 7 hours, start to finish. They cleaned the floor of excess glue. The new flooring looks great, better than expected. Thank you
Very good installation and excellent quality of service
Love the carpet. The installer did a good job installing BUT after they left I noticed one of them used my bathroom without asking. I know he did because the toilet seat was left up and I could tell from the looks of it. This is very unprofessional and should never happen. I had to clean my entire bathroom. I did give them a tip but had I known this happened they would have never got the tip. Not more tipping for me. These men should be trained how to act in a customers home. We love our selection but the workman ship was less than par. First off when they removed the pedestal sink in the bathroom they not only broke it but tore the wallpaper behind the sink. When we brought this to their attention they are not taking accountability for it. When we asked the salesman not to reinstall the barn door guides on the floor and he wrote this orders in big capital letters on the work order, they still put them down.
