DO NOT USE RITE RUG FOR HARDWOOD. We have been dealing with RiteRug for a hardwood floor installation since November and the floor still isn't right. There were so many gaps between the boards (an installation and wood manufacturer issue) that they agreed to redo it. It took 7.5 months and multiple reorders of wood for the redo installation to occur. We have spent hours on the phone with them trying to understand what our options are and to get this resolved. The first time they came out to our home there was no appointment scheduled, we had no idea they were coming but we already realized there was a language barrier when discussing it. Today was our scheduled installation they get here walk through and measure areas. The lady that was assisting them walks up to us and shows us a text basically the text was telling them to leave and not do the work I asked what is this about and she shrugs her shoulders as if she did not know. We ordered product from the Centerville location in 11/2021. When the product didn't arrive in the time frame it was schedule, ******************* and *********************** - store manager - were about as helpful as a bag of rocks. After multiple visits and calls to the office the store off-loaded us to the warehouse to contact directly. I placed my carpet order on January 10, 2022. Today is February 14. The job is not done. The company representative ************************* charged me the full amount, received her commissions, and reported to the main office about completed job. **** ignored my calls and messages; to get in touch with her, I needed to contact corporate office first. This local store is terrible after they get the sale and their money. Do not show up for installs on date they give you, no phone calls, no return calls. Do not show up to finish job when promised. Manager of sales refuses to answer calls and questions after they have been paid. Very rude and unbusiness like! Will not do business with them again! Would like to see a refund for the things that I paid for and didn't get! Rude, rude, rude

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We ordered carpet for the entire upstairs of our newly purchased home. The sales team seemed friendly and professional, do NOT let that fool you. In fact, you really shouldn't even waste your time walking into this store because they are some of the most incompetent people in the industry, from the sales team to the installers to the customer service representatives. We didn't have a good experience with RITERUG. The sales rep ******************* in the ****** office, please be aware of his ordering tactics. He orders an excessive amount of materials to inflate your order. We were told that our floors would be installed in less than a week. That did not happen, start date was 11/1/21 the installers finished 11/21/21. We had to rent a U HAUL to remove the excess. Please shop elsewhere.

We went into Rite Rug in ********, **** on 11/1/2021 looking for carpet options to be installed on the second floor of a newly purchased home. The first salesman, Will, assured us they had the carpet we wanted in stock and that we could have carpet installed the following week. I almost never write reviews but was moved to help others avoid this company.I have never experienced a company that does not respond back so consistently. I called them on 8/12 and ordered a rug for my deceased father's house before it was to be sold. I don't live locally, so I had to handle the interactions by phone.
