My husband and I are expecting a child in June and were in a rush to get carpet installed in our new home. We could not have found a better company/person to help us out! Kevin W***** with In Home Shopping was absolutely fantastic! He was very attentive, quick to get back with us, and the product turned out beautifully!

I was very satisfied with my Rite Rug experience. David B********* came to my home with samples and helped me make the best choice for my sun room. He was courteous and friendly and I enjoyed shipping with him. I also feel I got a great price for my choice.

Rite Rug did a great job on our carpet installation. The installers were professional and courteous of our home. Out salesperson Eric was helpful in getting us just what we wanted. He was easy to work with and flexible with our schedules.

I have worked with Kevin W***** of Riterug on two occasions for installation of wood flooring and carpeting in my home. Kevin is probably the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly sales rep I have met. He knows his product and was most helpful in selection of product. He is definitely an asset to the Riterug sales team.

We had carpet installed by the Lexington, KY store. The price and service were excellent. Mr. B*** answered our questions and made himself available as necessary. The installation was done quickly and correctly. We would recommend this store and the employees who work there without reservation.

David B********* (sales rep) did an outstanding job. He met with us rwice and discussed options, then answered any questions we had when we were pricing competitors as far as pros and cons of each item. We never felt like we were "being sold" just straightforward and honest answers. Always followed up and got us answers we needed quickly throughout the proccess. We worked with Kevin W***** for an In Home Shopping experience. He was very professional and provided us an honest opinion of the best carpet that would fit our long term needs and budget.
