The installed the luxury laminate floor in my new house and did a very poor job. When they were contacted to come fix the guy came and drilled a small hole and filled with liquid nail. He told us this was a proper repair. Well that was false and now they have to tear part of the floor up to fix. Its been 6 months and they were supposed to start a few weeks ago. I am living in ****** and went to the **** Orange Center Drive location for RiteRug. I ordered $20,000 and change of new flooring for the entire house. The carpet after 2 weeks, while using my vacuum pulled straight up at a seam about 5 inches. One of my door ways to the laundry room pulled apart .5 inches the entire width of the door. Called **************** and they sent the so called expert out to inspect and repair. He fixed the laundry room door way only to have it pulling away a few weeks later. The carpet is nice, but the installer was really lacking. We had told them we had movers coming at 2, and they assured us multiple times that upstairs AND downstairs would be ready by then. 2 rolls around, and we find the installer smoking outside. Once we confronted him he ran inside and blocked the door for a half hour while he installed the first floor. The second hadn't been touched. He was rude, lazy, and didn't move his truck for our movers.

DO NOT USE Rite Rug. Awful work and customer service. We had tiles laid and over 65 tiles need to be replaced as they are not even and my baby has had multiple bloody toes just from crawling on the floor. They are coming to replace tiles (after months of trying) but say they won’t do anything about the mixed colored grout that will be present due to mixing new grout amongst grout that has been lived on for a year and a half. Horrible product and customer support. Their warranty is garbage just like their product. We built a new home and the contractor went with Rite rug flooring. After 4 months the sub-flooring has broken down and is cause the furniture to leave indentions on the floor. In one section the flooring came up with the piece of furniture, WRONG rug won’t warranty the flooring in that area or others. The glued seams are coming up also. Very poor workmanship. Lose carpet and 3 different spots the have gaps in the flooring.You can see the blue subflooring between the gaps. I have called the salesman and customer service several times over the last 30 Days. The salesman has not returned my calls. Customer service always says someone will call you...……...but no one calls!!

I purchased over $5,000.00 worth of carpet and had it installed in my basement and second floor and two stairways. The basement carpet was installed about 2 years ago, and all was good for the next year. Sometime in early 2020, I noticed a small seam split which is now about 2 feet long. I called to have Rite Rug come out and inspect and fix, and they just told me that it would cost $80.00 just to have someone come out and inspect, then whatever the charge for the work would be on top of that!!!! I purchased flooring from the Lancaster, Oh location to cover my whole 1st floor (about 1350sqft worth). The sales rep was very helpful through the whole process and so he earned our trust. Everything went well till the installers ran out of material. I figured no big deal these things happen. The sales rep and his store manager said they would cover the extra flooring they were short. Rite Rug installed my flooring since I purchased a **** ****. After 1 year and 6 months, my carpet began to buckle in almost every room. Shortly after construction was completed on my house, I had a subfloor problem, and a Contractor with **** Homes had to pull up my carpet and essentially did a restretch in only that room. That room is the only room where the carpet has not buckled, which tells me the buckling in other areas of my house is certainly due to improper installation.
