They refused to see my kitten in an emergency situation. The kitten had been to the emergency vet on Friday night and had to be seen by a vet on Saturday morning since he was still not eating. They refused to see him since they "did not have any available appointments" even though it was a clear emergency, and the kitten ultimately had surgery on Saturday night. Under no circumstances would I ever take my cats here or suggest this place to my neighbors.
Unprofessional, smelly office. The doctors are in and out like a revolving door-not one stays for more than a few months, except the owner. He is rude and money-hungry. Last time I was there, the assistant choked the dog by accident. She didn't know how to loop the rope. BTW $72 dollars for check-up (which I did not request) and anal glands cleaned.
