Excellent. Staff was Excellent. Not enough staff and events on the weekends.
This was my first rehab treatment and I would recommend River Oaks to any addict struggling with addiction and/or mental disorders. The staff are very caring and compassionate. The facility is beautiful and they do a great job of making it feel like home. The greatest strength was the psycho educational class. Treated us as equals and spoke truth, hope, and life. It's not necessarily the facility, but the initial phone call to the addiction hotline gave some misleading info, and I heard that from multiple clients.

Great experience at River Oaks. They gave me my life back. Great facility, staff and therapist. They taught me the need coping skills to survive in the real world. Just for today I will stay sober. Take it one day at a time. My hat is off to all. God bless.

As of July 27, 2017 I have had a year of sobriety which I attribute in great part to my stay at River Oaks and my local counselors. It took me 5 days at the Oaks to get my mind around my issues. The staff and classes were excellent. It is always better to learn from someone who has been there. No problem or issue you might have is something new to the staff. Thank you River Oaks. Clean, very helpful friendly staff. I thank you for giving me the tools needed for a sober life. I would highly recommend this facility. Only complaint is one of the nurses very grumpy and discharged me with incorrect and missing medication. Said she would contact Dr and call in prescription. Now a week later not a word
