My dog Ricky received great care here! We were clients here from when I adopted him until we moved. His primary doctor was Dr. Ratcliff, who is so knowledgeable and compassionate. She patiently listened to all of my many questions at each visit and was very flexible with Ricky, who is very nervous at the vet. We also had a great experience with all of the doctors and team members here. I definitely recommend this practice!
I am a long-time client of both Riverside Vet South and North. I adopted Jacques and Jolie (siblings) from RVN in 2008. My 15-yo kitty Jacques came in this week to RVS for a dental. The vet was Dr. East who has helped me in very difficult moments with my kitties - and I have to say the experience was beyond my expectations. We would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. While we have seen a few different vets here, each and every one of them (Dr. Ratcliffe and Dr. East in particular) have been exceptional. They are so sweet, thorough and patient with Arlo, who admittedly gets a bit overstimulated and anxious during visits. We are so grateful to have such wonderful care nearby. Thank you!
My dog Bodhi and I have been coming here for years, seeing Dr. Ratcliff. I can't say enough positive things about this practice. Everyone from each of the doctors, Drs. Ratcliff, East, and now Stevenson are so caring and thoughtful about making the experience comfortable for your pet. They really understand what it is to have an anxious dog and try to make the visit as painless as possible. I recommend this practice highly! Dr. East, Dr. Ratcliff, Eliza the practice manager, and all of the staff are a fantastic team. We have been with the practice for years, with our elderly cat and dog (we had to euthanize our dog last year), and now with our new puppy who has had numerous issues. From the moment I walked in with my kitten, they treated her like she was a precious baby. Dr. Mansfield was so caring and gentle with my kitten and answered every question I had no matter how small or silly. I have been going here since I adopted my first two cats in 2016. It was okay in the beginning, but as soon as Dr. Weber and Dr. East took over (maybe 2 or 3 years ago), I only made great experiences. Dr. East takes time to look at our cats, is patient, and very sweet. She has been helping us through so many health crises from a bottle-fed cat that almost died to our cat with severe neurological problems.
