Customer service is non-existent Housekeeping liked to take, but not give - took dirty towels, but didn’t give clean ones. Took out trash, but didn’t give new bags. No business office for guest use and staff would not print a one page document for guest. Room charges were not allowed to the card on file. The bar served draft beer in a 10 ounce (maybe?) glass and then required a 20 minute wait before ordering a second. Uncomfortable Sleeping The bed was rock hard and the rooms did not have refrigerators and microwaves.

Upon my arrival the staff was less than helpful and stayed that way the entire stay. When it was time to pull back the sheets to go to bed the sheets and comforter were full of loose curly hair as if never washed. My husband and I called for new sheets but shockingly that did nothing. I will never be back!
