Overpriced For the price it was not worth it everything was old and the amenities were not there no microwave, refrigerator etc

TV did not work, supposedly due to weather two days earlier. No Kleenex to replace the last three. First time in years there was no frig.

The staff were great but the maintenance on the property was lax and it smelled like smoke EVERYWHERE.

Dirty Pillow One of my pillows was extremely filthy! It appeared to be old blood or old makeup on my pillow.

We are so sorry that we missed the stain on the pillowcase. The issue has been addressed with the cleaning staff.
Still letting people smoke in the casino. Their “restaurant “ wasn’t really a restaurant. It was prepackaged fast food on non-recyclable plates and cups and tiny plastic water bottles. The coffee pot in the room didn’t match the pods that were in there to use. And they couldn’t change it because there was no one in housekeeping.

Well for start, we booked a si gle ki g deluxe thru expedia, however, so.ehow it got changed to a double queen. Thats probably not tbe casinos fault. As for the stay itself, it was ok. The fire alarm went off in our room for no reason. Staff was quick to investigate and tey to fix it. There was not any othe room to move us to. Ended up leaving the smoke dete tor unoperationable for the night. Biggest co.plaint was the beds were hard as concrete. O ly slept maybe 3 hours and that was off and on
