Old and worn out Noisy, snowy tv reception with a dead pixel line middle of screen. Coffee maker in room did not work and when brought to their attention replaced with another one that did not work.

Horrible Arrived after a 10.5 hour drive from Savannah GA, at 10 pm. Room was not cleaned!!! Bed not made, dirty towels in the bathroom, soft drink on nightstand, TV was on!

No fridge or microwave in room. Bed hard as a rock. Extremely uncomfortable. Very small casino. Had to wear mask in hotel lobby, casino, elevators and hallways.

The best part was the drive downhill towards the river but the closer I got to the casino the worse I felt about my decision to stay there. Everything was blocked off and there was no where to unload luggage other than just lugging it up to the room. I arrived a few minutes past 2:00 and they informed me that I couldn't check in until 3:00. Downhill from there......
