Sheets on bed had black spots. No place to eat breakfast. Restaurant didn’t open till 11.

The entire property smells like cigarettes. Noise could be heard from other rooms at all hours of the night. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable.

The room was clean--The mattress was terrible--You could hear the springs collapse when you laid down on it. The bathrooms were terribly small. Won't be choosing this hotel again..

because i paid through expedia they made me put a hundred dollars down with a credit card will hold it for 7 days . would not give me reciept for charging my card. would not let me check in until i signed form for incedentals. very rude at desk & manager. terrible staff.

Our hotel requires a $100 deposit from all of our guest. It wasn't because you paid through Expedia. Since you paid Expedia we couldn't give you a receipt because you didn't pay Riverwalk. The $100 deposit is a pending authorization so there is no receipt that can be printed. I apologize that you had a bad experience at check-in.
Don’t go! The incidental charge was ridiculous. $150 If you smoke in the room, but the smell of smoke made my eyes water stepping off the elevators. The rooms need more up to date furniture. No refrigerator and the ice machine was broken on our floor. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
