Beautiful hotel on the Mississippi River. However, I couldn't stand the smoke smell of the Room. Had to change Hotels. I specifically asked if this was a smoke free Hotel, they said yes. There were 3 people smoking in the lobby when I arrived.

A waste of time and money. Really bad experience. The rooms are aweful. No place to really eat. No waitress in casino. $100.00 incidental deposit to high. Really bad mold smell. Will not be staying there anymore

The employees were all fantastic. Eager to please and out of their way to please. The hotel itself needs a upgrade. Beds were horrible. Lights did not work. Vending machines for drinks did not work. No hot water in shower. Smoking still allowed. Smell was horrible. Again the employees were phenomenal.

Casino was very hot. Room had a bad smell other than that it was ok
