Reply to emails more timely. Respond to texts. I missed a significantly lower interest rate because it took 4 days for you to respond to my email in March. There was an error with the home owners insurance despite my 3 week notice of the change. I texted 3 times before I got an answer about where the title company was located. I asked about adjusting the loan amount/down payment and never got clarification. I was very disappointed and I will not recommend your services to anyone.
